INSCRIPTION PETITION and BLOOD EXTRACTION PETITION in the corresponding Delegation or Subdelegation for IDENTIFICATION beside the mother, MICROCHIP INSTALLATION , and if it would be possible, to confirm the filiation by means of a blood extraction. INSCRIPTION PETITION must be accompanied with the corresponding Stallion session and Birth Certificates and the Delegate, whom has indentificate, pointed out and have made the microchip installation to the animal and in his presence have been made the blood extraction, must hand over the Registration, before December 31st, in the year of bith .
